Online Forms

• Form Categories - Specify which students the form applies to (all, by grade level, course, or section) and which contacts should fill in the form using the AdminPlus database.
• Form Access - Send an email with a direct link to the form.
• Data Approval - View information in the Approval Center before accepting data into AdminPlus to ensure data integrity. Once accepted, your AdminPlus Database is automatically updated with the new data.
• Integrated Data Fields - Forms can be linked to any Database field, Contacts field, or Super Database table. The date the form is received is tracked so it’s easy to see who has and has not submitted the form.
• Pre-Filled Data - Forms are pre-filled with data already in AdminPlus so parents can verify information instead of having to retype.
• Dynamic Sections - Forms are dynamic so parents can add additional information.
• Digital Storage - Forms can be automatically added to E-Portfolios in AdminPlus.

• Document Uploading - Parents can submit documents, including health forms, birth certificates, and passport photos.
• Customized Forms - Create and stylize your Online Forms to match the colors and design of your school brand. Knowledge of coding HTML is not needed.
• Payments - Collect fees and payments on individual forms, allowing a parent to pay by credit card or bank account. Use Online Forms to collect payments for tuition, activities, sports, field trips, books, meal plans, and more.
