Online Forms Features

  • Form Recipients - Specify which students the form applies to. Send in bulk or individually. Filter by grade level, course or section.
  • Form Access - Send an email with a direct link to the form. Form recipients can also access the forms from their PlusPortals account.
  • Data Approval - View information in the Approval Center before accepting data into AdminPlus to ensure data integrity. Once accepted, each student's record in AdminPlus is automatically updated.
  • Integrated Data Fields - Forms can be linked to any Database field, Contacts field, or Super Database table from AdminPlus.
  • Digital Storage - A copy of the form data can be automatically added to E-Portfolios in AdminPlus.
  • Document Upload - Parents can submit documents such as PDFs and images including health forms, birth certificates, and passport photos.
  • Customization - Stylize your forms to match the colors and design of your school brand. Knowledge of coding HTML is not needed.
  • Online Payments - Collect fees and payments on individual forms, allowing a parent to pay by credit card or bank account. Use Online Forms to collect payments for:
